Graduation ceremonies for Penns Manor were called off last night due to the rain that came through our area.
According to an announcement on its website, Penns Manor has delayed graduation exercises to Friday at 7:00 PM at its stadium. The original rain date was today, but weather reports are predicting rain in the area tonight. Other ceremonies scheduled for Friday include Indiana Area, Purchase Line, Blairsville and Saltsburg.
Marion Center School District commencement is still on for today. Today also happens to be the last day of classes for the Marion Center School District. Those unable to attend Marion Center’s graduation will be able to watch it on the district’s YouTube channel at 6:00 tonight.
Homer-Center’s graduation is set for Saturday, with their last student day next Wednesday, which will be a half-day.
