The White Township Planning Commission approved a final site plan for some roadways inside of Windy Ridge Business and Technology Park.
The change will be to extend two roads and make them cul-de-sacs on small roads that are just off the road that will go by the URBN center, provided that some conditions are met. Assistant Township Manager Chris Anderson said that additional time is needed for township engineers to go through the final grading and stormwater calculations before final approval can be granted.
Byron Stauffer of the office of planning and development was also on hand to give an idea of the construction schedule. Erosion and Sedimentation controls and grading are going on now, followed by the installation of footers. Walls are expected to go up in January or February.
