Two people involved in a home invasion break-in last year were sentenced in Indiana County Court yesterday.
20-year-old Spencer Hayes and 21-year-old Frank Williams IV were sentenced to serve time in Indiana County Jail for a home invasion break-in on June 30, 2020. Hayes pleaded guilty earlier this year to multiple charges including robbery, conspiracy to robbery, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, theft, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, fleeing or eluding officers and traffic offenses.
Hayes was sentenced to serve in Indiana County Jail for one to two years less than one day for two counts, which will run concurrently. In addition, he will be placed on probation for three years for the charges relating to robbery and resisting arrest.
Williams was charged with robbery, conspiracy to stolen property, resisting arrest and harassment in connection with the break-in. He will also serve one to two years less than one day in two counts while serving probation for three years to run consecutively for charges relating to robbery and resisting arrest.
Williams will also pay costs and fines for charges of harassment.
