The two men charged with stealing a car and burning it are due in court today for a preliminary hearing.
Both 28-year-old Austin Milanos and 47-year-old Matthew Lee Smith, both of Indiana, are charged with reckless burning and exploding, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident back on September 15th of last year.
