The Pitt Panthers haven’t played since last Tuesday, a weeklong layoff that coach Jeff Capel hopes will allow the team to press the reset button on its ACC schedule. At 1-4 following their loss to Duke last week, Pitt has a rematch with Syracuse tonight. The Orange beat the Panthers, 81-73 on December 30th.
Pitt is 10-6, and 1-4 in the ACC. Syracuse is 11-5, and 2-3 in the conference. Tipoff tonight is at 7 o’clock. The pregame airs at 6:30 on WCCS.
