Indiana Borough police have filed charges an individual from Delaware County with simple assault, criminal mischief and other crimes for an incident last September.
Police say 21-year-old Chartine Sekou of Darby was charged for the incident at an establishment in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street on September 16th. Police were called out at 12:35 AM for an altercation in the area. It was determined that Sekou was involved in multiple altercations with employees and others and damaged multiple items in the establishment before leaving.
On top of simple assault and criminal mischief, police charged Sekou with disorderly conduct and harassment. The charges were filed in front of District Judge Tony Sotile.
