Indiana Borough Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying those responsible in an act of criminal mischief on Thursday.
According to reports, two unidentified people spray-painted graffiti in a stairwell of the parking garage located at 650 Water Street. Surveillance video from the parking garage shows a male and female leaving the stairwell around 10:30 p.m. that night; however their faces could not be made out.
