A motions hearing is scheduled for today for two of the suspects in the fatal shooting at the Carriage House Apartments last October.
20-year-old Isaiah Moore of Philadelphia and 22-year-old Delmar Chatman of Johnstown both face charges of criminal homicide and robbery, along with conspiracy to both of those crimes, and conspiracy to theft in connection with the shooting, while Moore faces an additional count of theft in connection with that incident.
The two, along with Terrion Gates of Philadelphia and Isabella Edmonds of Indiana, allegedly went to Jadeyn Wright on October 17th of 2020 to buy some marijuana but the encounter lead to shots being fired. Wright was killed in the incident. Both had scheduled hearings for writs of habeas corpus, but those hearings had been rescheduled multiple times.
Both will attend their hearings today by video conference. The hearings are scheduled for this afternoon.
