The Indiana Area School District will have a meeting of their buildings, grounds and transportation committee tonight, and they are hoping the public will attend as there will be discussion on the district’s feasibility study.
The study is being performed by Architectural Innovations, and they will make a presentation on the study tonight. This will also give the members of the school board and the public a chance to give their input on the study. Terry Kerr, the chairman of the committee said that they are focusing on both short-term and long-term solutions for the district, and having the public give their input will allow the public to have some buy-in to the projects. Kerr added that this meeting will also give the district some transparency.
The meeting will start at 6:00 and is expected to run for two hours. It will be held at the board room of the district offices at East Pike.
