One of the men who was arrested as part of a drug sweep targeting mid-level drug dealers in Indiana County will be in plea court today.
35-year-old Keon Anthony Clark of Rochester Mills will be in court today for plea court hearings for two cases, both drug-related. He is charged with manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver and with criminal use of a communications facility in connection with an incident on August 25th of 2017. In the second case, he is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of contraband. The second incident happened while he was in jail on October 5th. He remains in Indiana County Jail in lieu of a combined $75,000 bail.
Also coming before the judge today is Shawn Steven Blystone for sentencing. The 40-year-old Indiana man pleaded guilty to felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver while charges of criminal use of a communications facility , possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia will not be prosecuted. This was from an incident in September of last year, where Blystone and 28-year-old Taylor Jordan Schick of Indiana were found in a hotel room at the Quality Inn as police were there for a reported overdose. Police found the two with several drugs including heroin and Alprazolam, along with cash and drug paraphernalia.
