PSP-INDIANA
No one was hurt as a car collided with a deer on Saturday in White Township. State police say that the crash happened on Route 119 south of Lutz School Road. 24-year-old Donald Nighswander of Reynoldsville was going south on 119 when the deer came out of the east side embankment.
A man from Johnstown now faces charges of violating a PFA order. State police did not name either the victim or the suspect in this case, but they did say that the suspect, a 33-year-old Johnstown man, was able to make contact with the victim, a 31-year-old Cherry Tree woman. The suspect is currently serving time at SCI Camp Hill. A criminal complaint was filed against the suspect.
