The Blairsville-Saltsburg School District is moving forward with the district reorganization plan and they are looking to the community for suggestions to re-name the district.
For the time being, the district is seeking only new names for the district. Responses to the survey will be reviewed by a committee that is made up of students, staff and members of the school board. The district is asking that the suggestion not include the names Blairsville or Saltsburg.
There are three ways for people to submit ideas. Those interested can pick up a survey in the main office of each of the district’s buildings, complete the survey online, or mail the suggestion to

Those mailing in responses are asked to include their name, address, the suggested name and whether they are a community member, staffer, student or district parent.
