As the first major snowfall of the year rolled through our area yesterday, several vehicle accidents were reported.
Between 4:46 and 7:24 PM four vehicle accidents were reported on roads in the county. The first was at 4:46 PM on Route 22 East in East Wheatfield Township. The Armagh/East Wheatfield firefighters were dispatched to the scene. At 5:56 PM, Indiana Fire Association, Citizens Ambulance and State Police were dispatched to a crash on Route 422 East in Armstrong Township. The third was at 6:46 PM along Route 580 in Green Township, which brought out the Commodore fire department. Indiana Fire Association members would be brought out a second time for the 4th crash on North Ben Franklin Road in White Township at 7:24 PM.
