State police are seeking two people who were allegedly involved in the robbery of the S&T Bank branch in Homer City.
Police say that the robbery happened at 12:20 PM at the bank at 34 North Main Street in Homer City Borough. After entering the bank, the suspect presented a teller with a note, and then left with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect that went into the bank was described by police as five-feet-nine to six feet tall, and was seen wearing a dark IUP ballcap, a camo face/neck gaiter, a blue bandanna, a camo-colored Mossy Oak brand jacket, gray gloves and dark blue pants. He was also wearing a dark-colored backpack.
There was no description of the other suspect, who was seen in the car the thief used to get away. That car was described as a white Chrysler sedan. The car had a spare tire on the passenger-side rear wheel and the driver’s side front wheel was missing its hub cap or wheel cover.
Homer City police were first on the scene, but then requested State Police take over the investigation. Indiana County Sheriff’s assisted on the scene.
Investigators are asking anyone with any information or surveillance video to call the barracks at 724-357-1960.
