Officials with InFirst Bank have announced the newest member to their Board of Directors.
According to a news release, Indiana native Brad Holuta was elected to serve on the board last week. A longtime Indiana attorney, he has been with Marcus and Mack for the past five years. On top of his work as an attorney, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown for the past decade, teaching Legal Aspects of Healthcare. Holuta also serves as Secretary for the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra Board of Trustees, and has played cello with the symphony for the last 20 years.
He is currently a board member for the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce, Indiana county Head Start, and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
InFirst Bank CEO Tim Kronenwetter said the board is “delighted” to have Holuta on the Board of Directors, and said “his impressive track record and knowledge will be invaluable as we navigate dynamics and pursue our strategic goals.”
