CLARKE IS PSAC WEST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

For the second straight week, IUP has the PSAC West Men’s Basketball Athlete of the Week. Guard Garvin Clarke was honored yesterday for his performance Sunday against Point Park.  Clarke scored 22 points with nine rebounds, eight assists, three steals and only one turnover as IUP erased a 16-point deficit for a ten-point win.  He set single-game career highs in points, rebounds, and assists in the game.  He’s had just one turnover in the last two games, in which he’s played 75 minutes as the Crimson Hawks’ primary ball handler.
