First responders had a relatively quiet day on Friday outside of a house fire reported early in the morning.
At 5:31 PM, Blairsville firefighters were called out to Johnson Avenue in Blairsville Borough to assist EMTs. They would be called out again at 8:51 PM on Oak Points Road in Burrell Township for a report of utility lines down, and would be joined by Black Lick fire crews.
A vehicle accident was also reported on Purchase Line Road in Green Township. Commodore fire department, Citizens’ Ambulance and State Police were dispatched at the time.
