A flood watch remains in effect through Monday evening across several counties, including Armstrong, Indiana, Jefferson, and Westmoreland.
Moderate to heavy rain is expected through Monday as the remnant low pressure, of what once was tropical system Gordan, crosses the region. Three to six inches of rain is possible by late Monday.
Widespread flooding is possible in the watch area. There will also be the risk for potentially significant river flooding.
