Police in Indiana Borough have filed charges in an investigation into some incidents of drunken behavior in October.
Police say one of the incidents happened on October 4th around 12:30 in the morning. Officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Justin Hetrick of Clymer at a convenience store in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street. Upon further investigation, police determined that Hetrick was under the influence of alcohol that he was a danger to himself or others. He was taken into custody and released to a sober person later on. A criminal complaint charging him with driving under the influence was filed with District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
The other incident happened on October 22nd in the 1100 block of Church Street as officers pulled over a car driven by 39-year-old Tiffany Gregory of Indiana for a summary traffic violation. Police discovered that she was under the influence of alcohol and she was taken into custody. Charges of DUI and a summary traffic offense were filed with Judge Haberl.
