With another hot day weather forecast, the Blairsville-Saltsburg and Indiana Area school districts will repeat their early dismissals today. And the Armstrong School District is dismissing one of its elementary schools early.
The Blairsville and Saltsburg secondary schools will dismiss students at 12:30, and the elementary schools will send students home at 1:15. At Indiana, the junior high and senior high students will have a regular day, but all four elementary schools will dismiss at one o’clock.
The Armstrong district announced yesterday that Dayton Elementary students will be dismissed at one o’clock.
With a forecast predicting rain and a high temperature in the low eighties tomorrow, expect classes to resume on a normal schedule at all of the schools. And Armstrong’s West Shamokin High School is expected to open its school year tomorrow after dealing with a mold problem.
