State police said three people were hurt in a DUI crash early last week in White Township. Troopers were called out on November 19th at 4:57 PM to a location on Oakland Avenue for the three-vehicle crash. Police said that 62-year-old Robert Patterson of Creekside was driving under the influence when he crashed into vehicles driven by 44-year-old Holly Funyak of Blairsville and 19-year-old Kaitlyn Gaston. Both Funyak and Gaston and a passenger in Gaston’s car had suspected minor injuries in the crash. Patterson was processed and taken to Indiana County Jail.
Charges are pending in an investigation into drug paraphernalia possession. State police say that they were called out on November 22nd to serve a warrant on a 50-year-old man from Avonmore, when the drug paraphernalia was found. Additional details are not available.
