The IUP women routed Penn State New Kensington 101-21 to start their regular season.
Five players were in double figures for the Crimson Hawks and posted its largest margin of victory in program history. IUP was led by Rahmena Henderson who had 17 points, followed by both Teirra Preston and Grace Centrulla, each with 15 points. IUP will host Salem, West Virginia on Monday at the KCAC.
Meanwhile the men’s team started its season on the wrong foot last night with a loss to Concord. Jack Benedict Reports.
