Indiana Borough Police have filed charges against an Indiana man after investigating a disturbance July 25th in the 200 block of Nixon Avenue.
Police say a number of juveniles were in the McGregor Park area and two of them were reportedly wrestling next to a driveway, which led 34-year-old Michael Pavloski shove one of them and point a BB pistol at several others. Police have identified nine youngsters as victims and Pavloski has been charged with simple assault and harassment.
