A 30-year-old man Jeanette sitting in the back seat was killed in the crash. Jimenez fled the scene on foot. Officers found footprints on the Hoodlebug Trail that lead to the Quality Inn on Wayne Avenue. Jimenez was found hiding under a bed inside the hotel.
The guilty pleas were entered August 1st. Other charges, including accidents involving death or injury while not licensed and three summary driving-related counts will not be prosecuted. The hearing is set for 1:15 PM in front of President Judge Thomas Bianco.
