Charges have been filed in an incident of DUI from over the weekend.
State police have charged an unnamed 42-year-old Shelocta man for the incident at 9;37 Sunday night in the area of Run Around Road and Route 422 in Plumcreek Township in Armstrong County. The suspect was seen driving a motorcycle in an erratic manner on 422 towards Armstrong Township when they pulled him over.
Police then determined he was under the influence of alcohol.
