The Steelers return to practice this week to prepare for Sunday’s game against 5-2 Jacksonville at Acrisure Stadium. Among those on the practice field is wideout Diontae Johnson, who played in his first game Sunday since suffering an injury during the team’s opening game against San Francisco.
Johnson’s return was quickly felt as he hauled in five receptions for 79 yards against the Rams. He said it felt good to be back in game action.
While the Steelers aren’t playing perfect football, or anything close to it, Johnson said a breakout is coming.
Sunday’s game kicks off at 1:00 p.m. on WDAD 100.3 FM and AM 1450.
