Jose Garza, Sr., 68, of Shelocta, PA, was who reported missing yesterday, was located at approximately 9:00 p.m. last night and was found to be safe.
The Pennsylvania State Police would like to thank members of the media and public and regional police departments for their immediate assistance with this investigation.
