An Ernest woman is charged with shoplifting for an incident last Saturday afternoon. State Police say that the unnamed woman was taken into custody at the Walmart on Oakland Avenue in White Township at 3:46 PM. She was accused of stealing over $310 worth of groceries.
An investigation is ongoing into a theft in White Township. State troopers say the theft was reported on September 29th at a location on Windsor Street. The 37-year-old Indiana woman reported that someone stole a television set. A suspect has not been identified yet.
