INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
A Clymer woman is charged with drug-related crimes for an incident last week in Indiana borough. Borough police say at 9:07 AM, police encountered 49-year-old Peggy Sue Abrams of Clymer in possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia during an unrelated investigation in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street. She was released from the scene at the time and was later charged with possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia.
Police in Indiana Borough charged an Indiana man with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for an incident on September 27th. Police say at 2:35 PM that day, officers were dispatched to a business in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street for a man acting disorderly. Police identified the man as 30-year-old David Gallagher. Interviews were conducted at the scene and Gallagher left without incident. Charges were filed afterward.
