A motions hearing that will be held today will be for a man who is charged with biting a Citizen’s Ambulance EMT after he was found passed out behind a shoe store in White Township.
26-year-old Addison Lee McCracken was found by troopers behind the Payless Shoe Store on May 21st, and when he encountered police, he became aggressive and scuffled with first responders, and bit EMT Sean Miller during that encounter. McCracken was charged with Aggravated and Simple Assault, Institutional Vandalism, Resisting arrest, Harassment, Disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
McCracken had four previous criminal convictions in Indiana County, including a 2012 plea bargain in which he pleaded guilty to simple assault in exchange for non-prosecution for aggravated assault.
