Two key games right at the top of the Heritage Conference standings highlight the action tonight on our Renda Media stations.

On 92.5 FM U92, undefeated United Valley visits 5-1 Purchase Line. Lions coach Kevin Marabito is emphasizing to his team that there are some tough games coming up and they’d better be ready, because teams are coming after them.

Red Dragons coach Matt Falisec says United Valley has a lot of weapons.
On Cat Country 106.3 FM, two 5-1 teams do battle when Northern Cambria visits River Valley. Panthers coach Jess Houser says they will have to find a way to stop the Colts’ Jack Sheredy, who averages 146 yards rushing per game.
Houser says the Panthers want to score early and often.
Northern Cambria coach Sam Shutty says River Valley can strike quickly.
Shutty says the Colts will have to match River Valley’s team speed.
On WCCS and Renda Digital TV, two 2-4 teams meet when Homer-Center travels to Portage. Wildcats coach Greg Page says Portage will be a stiff challenge, especially coming off a tough, close loss to Purchase Line.
Page says the Wildcats are prepared if wet weather becomes a factor.
Mustangs coach Marty Slanoc expects a tough battle.
The other Heritage Conference games tonight are 1-5 Marion Center at 3-3 Penns Manor, 4-2 Cambria Heights at 3-3 West Shamokin, and in a matchup of two 0-6 teams, Conemaugh Valley visits Conemaugh Township.
On WDAD and Renda Digital TV, it’s Indiana, looking for their third win overall and their first in the Greater Allegheny Conference, on the road at 4-2 Armstrong. The River Hawks are 1-1 in the conference. Indiana coach Brad Wright says his offense will have to be on its game.
Our Indiana Total Therapy airtimes for tonight’s action on our Renda Media games is 6:30, with the exception of the Homer-Center/Portage game, which airs at 6:15.
