Two sentencing hearings are scheduled for today for Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas, including one for a woman charged in 2020 in an incident in Black Lick.
Court documents say that 33-year-old Tiffany Blattenberger of Greensburg will go before Judge Michael Clark this morning to be sentenced for a guilty plea of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. The charge dates back to September 14th of 2020, when state troopers found her in Black Lick. Along with finding her under the influence, police also found both raw and burned marijuana. Several other charges, including marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession were not prosecuted as part of the plea deal.
Also due for a sentencing hearing today is 57-year-old Sherri Lynn Hess of Seward, who also faces DUI and related charges for an incident on September 9th of 2020.
