PITT WILL GET EARLY START ON ACC BASKETBALL SCHEDULE

The ACC yesterday released its regular season schedule, and Pitt will play two ACC conference games earlier than normal, including one very early.  The Panthers will play a home game December 3^rd against Clemson.  They’ll also play on the road December 30^th at Syracuse.

The schedule includes home games against powerhouses Duke on January 2^nd and North Carolina on the 9^th.

Pitt will play seven nonconference games, tipping it off with North Carolina A&T at home on November 6^th.  The Panthers will warm up for that game with a November 1^st exhibition game against UPJ on November 1^st.
