There are three probation revocation hearings scheduled today in Indiana County Court.
Indiana County Probation is asking the court to revoke probation for 35-year-old Christopher Dobies of Ernest, who pleaded guilty to felony theft in 2012 and was sentenced to three months to two years in prison plus three years probation. He was subject to a probation revocation in 2013 and re-ordered to prison, then released on parole plus probation in September of that year.
There is a rescheduled revocation hearing for 31-year-old Jeremy Allgood, formerly from Blairsville and now listed as living in Crawfordville, Indiana. He pleaded guilty in 2013 to indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age for exposing himself and performing a lewd act involving his then-girlfriend’s 6-year-old daughter. He was released from jail in October of 2014 and soon after moved out-of-state.
45-year-old Charles E. Bouch of Commodore will have a probation revocation hearing today as well. He pleaded guilty to theft in 2016 and was sentenced to two years of probation.
All three of the hearings today will be conducted by President Judge William Martin.
