State police report that an Indiana man tried to flee from a taxi without paying.
30-year-old Ronald Duane Eiselman Jr. reportedly slapped and punched the driver of a Turbo Taxi that had taken him to Chevy Chase in White Township. The incident occurred Sunday, but the report does not provide a time.
Charges against Eiselman Jr. were filed in District Court 40-2-01.
