The Indiana County Office of Planning and Development has scheduled a public hearing on Monday to gather comments and proposals for a 2018-19 Emergency Solutions Grant application. The ESG program offers federal grant funding to help with rapid rehousing, street outreach, homelessness prevention, emergency shelters, and homeless management and administrative costs.
Eligible applicants include agencies or “general purpose units of local government”, such as cities, boroughs, and townships, along with non-profits who may apply through their local government acting on their behalf.
The hearing Monday will in at 10 AM in the county commissioners’ hearing room at the Indiana County Courthouse.
