Indiana County could be in line for a double dose of severe winter weather this week, and the first dose is expected today.
The National Weather Service has put Indiana County in a Winter Storm Warning in effect until 1:00 PM on Tuesday. While there has been a bit of light snow, Accuweather Meteorologist Matt Rinde says that the worst of it is expected tonight.
Rinde said that the next round is coming in late Wednesday night and it might sound like a repeat of today’s activity.
The weather has already caused the postponement of two high school basketball double-headers and a rescheduling of a third.
