ONE PERSON HURT IN CRASH THIS MORNING IN ARMSTRONG TOWNSHIP

One person had suspected minor injuries in a crash reported early this morning in Armstrong Township.

The accident happened at 12:58 this morning along Route 422 just south of Curry Run Road outside of Shelocta borough.  66-year-old William Bryant Jr. of Industry in Beaver County hit a deer in the road with his truck.  The truck needed to be towed.

Bryant was treated on-scene and refused to be taken to the hospital.

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!
I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.
I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)
It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.
Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.
It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
