IHS BOYS GOLF PICKS UP TWO WINS IN TRI-MATCH ON FRIDAY

The I.H.S. Boys Golf team took two wins over West Shamokin and Punxsutawney at the Indiana Country Club on Friday.

Indiana shot a 189, while West Shamokin took 2nd with a 214 and Punxsy at 233.  Indiana was led by seniors Trevor Todd, Harrison Martineau and Philip Bell, shooting a 35, 36 and 37 respectively, with Todd shooting one-under par.  Logan Geist of West Shamokin took medalist honors with a 2-under-par 34.

Indiana, now 11-1 and 6-1 in section play, returns to action Monday night at Indiana Country Club against Latrobe.

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!
I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.
I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)
It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.
Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.
It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
