The IUP Council of Trustees will meet today, and on the agenda is the approval of the University’s Presidential Strategic Goals for the next five years.
Four of the goals on the list of strategic goals were shared with the IUP community during President Driscoll’s address to kick off the Academic year on August 25th: Keeping every student who comes to IUP by being an exceptionally student-centered university; growing market share in traditional markets; educating other student groups by opening new markets; growing IUP’s reputation and finding alternate revenue streams to support the work.
Two other goals on the list include engaging the internal and external IUP team in realizing the vision and focusing resources on the highest priorities to enable a sustainable, thriving future.
Committee meetings will be held throughout the day, with the public voting meeting to be held at 5:00 at the KCAC.
