The Indiana County Court schedule today includes three Plea Court proceedings, plus the sentencing of one defendant, who will also have two probation revocation hearings.
30-year-old Vernon Ward Hazlett of Indiana will be sentenced for a guilty plea to misdemeanor theft, in a case from last July. He will have probation revocations hearings from a theft case in 2015 and a 2016 burglary case in which he pled guilty to criminal trespass.
In Plea Court, 33-year-old Chad Fetterhoff of Punxsutawney will answer charges of accidents involving death or injury, the same offense while not licensed, and five summary traffic violations.
33-year-old Daniel Lee Bugay of Creekside will plead to misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
27-year-old Ryan Charles Rich of Bradenville, who is an inmate at SCI Smithfield, will plead to misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a summary charge of violation of sound levels.
