Yesterday, Pennsylvania State Police announced that all across the state, troopers will be out to make sure that drivers are safe on this heavily-travelled weekend. Now, state troopers from the Indiana barracks are announcing one of those efforts.
State troopers say that as part of their enforcement effort this weekend, sobriety checkpoints will be set up throughout the troop A region. This is on top of the roving/mobile enforcement details that will be on-going in the month of September. Motorists and the public are reminded to drive sober, safely and conduct themselves responsibly and appropriately.
