CHAMBER’S EGGS AND ISSUES TO BE HELD TODAY

Two state legislators will be fielding questions this morning as part of the Eggs and Issues event.

The event is being held today at the Indiana Country club, and the discussion is expected to get underway at 9:00 AM.  On the dais for this Q and A session will be State Representative Jim Struzzi and State Senator Joe Pittman.

If you were unable to get a ticket to the event, the question-and-answer session will be broadcast online on the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page.  The live stream will start at 9:00.

RT 22 BIKE-PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

The long-awaited bike-pedestrian bridge across Route 22 is now open! What do you think?

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!
I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.
I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)
It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.
Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.
It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
