Charges are pending in a case where drugs were found during a traffic stop in West Wheatfield Township.
State police say the traffic stop happened on August 22nd in the 5600 block of Route 22 west at 12:17 AM. During the stop, police discovered that a passenger, described by police only as a black man from Altoona, was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
