The Indiana boys golf team won and the girls lost yesterday.
The boys topped Ligonier Valley, 197-217, at Champion Lakes. Indiana was led by medalist Trevor Todd, who shot a 1 over 37, one stroke better than teammates Harrison Martineau and Hunter Martin. Ryan Bell shot 41 and Philip Bell 43 for Indiana. LV was led by Tyler Jones and Brody McIntosh, who each shot 42.
The girls fell to undefeated Franklin Regional at the Murrysville Country Club, 179-287. The medalist was the Panthers’ Ally Boyle, who shot a 38. Izabella Slagle led Indiana with a 60. Evangeline Pangonis shot 71, Lizzie Kineer 75 and Courtney Cass 81.
