The Pittsburgh Steelers return to action tonight for their second preseason game as they welcome the Buffalo Bills to Acrisure Stadium. The game will also mark the homecoming of former Pitt standout Damar Hamlin. The Bills’ Safety suffered a cardiac incident during a game on January 2nd, and has made a full recovery since then, and has given back to many organizations, especially in the Pittsburgh area.
Tonight’s game will be seen as a big test for the Steelers starters. While the black and gold did win over Tampa Bay last week, much of the first team for the steelers played against the Tampa Bay reserves. Buffalo’s head coach Sean McDermott says his team will start most of the first-team players tonight and many of them will see action beyond the first quarter. Meanwhile, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin says that he will employ a “wait and see” approach for how long the starters and first-teamers remain in the game.
You can hear the game starting at 4:30 on WDAD 100.3 FM and AM 1450. Due to NFL regulations, the game will not be available on our livestream at WDADRadio.com.
