With two weeks until kick-off, the IUP football team took to George P. Miller Stadium yesterday for an intrasquad scrimmage and several players stood out.

One of the standouts from yesterday’s scrimmage was redshirt freshman wideout Cyair Clark out of Aliquippa, and coach Paul Tortorella said he’s been taking advantage of every opportunity given to him.
Tortorella had to fill several gaps on the defensive line in the offseason and the scrimmage gave him a chance to see how the newcomers would gel. He noticed everyone was feeding off of each other.
The season opens August 31 at home against Ashland.
