Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man with neglect of a care-dependent person following a recent investigation.
Officers say 59-year-old Gordon Dunmire was responsible for the care of a dependent person within Indiana Borough between late 2022 and early 2023, but allegedly failed to provide adequate treatment, care, and services necessary to preserve their health, safety, and welfare.
Officers obtained an executed an arrest warrant. Dunmire was arraigned Monday before District Judge Guy Haberl and taken to Indiana County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 31st.
