An area woman was recently named the winner of the 2023 “Ms. Of America” pageant.
27-year-old Claire Kirsch, originally from Clymer, recently took part in the competition from American Pageants, and took part in the finals at the University of Nevada Las Vegas on July 29th. As Ms. of America of 2023, Kirsch will serve as an inclusion ambassador for American Pageants’ charitable campaign; Special Olympics’ Spread the Word to End the Word.
Candidates are scored in individual categories in the competition, including Scholastic Record & Professional Record, Service & Achievement in School and Community, Professional Development of Talents & Skills, Personality Projection & Poise (Formal Wear), Interview, and General Awareness Test.
