One person was charged following an incident July 29th in White Township. State police say at 8:47 PM, they were summoned to the Martin’s parking lot for reports of a man asleep behind the wheel of a running car.
The man, who was only described as 32 years old and from Ernest, was allegedly under the influence and in possession of suspected heroin. The man was arrested and taken to IRMC for a blood draw.
Charges are pending the results of blood tests.
